Reception staff helpful - provided bus timetable and marked correct bus. Pool with water slide and diving board. Hotel close to bus stop for easy access to Florence train station and attractions. Good sized clean room. Excellent breakfast choices. Friendly lobby cat. Quiet at night with effective curtains. Friendly and available staff, even though some lacked English proficiency. Strong wifi.
